Share your BOTIM number: “Call me on BOTIM at +971 …”
Confirm a time (UAE time): we’ll ring you on BOTIM at the agreed slot.
Quick BOTIM setup (under 2 minutes)
Download BOTIM on iOS/Android and register with your UAE mobile number.
Allow Contacts and Microphone permissions.
Keep BOTIM open (or in the background) when it’s time for the call.
Troubleshooting (so the call connects first time)
Permissions: Microphone/Notifications enabled; Low-Power/Battery-Saver off during the call.
Network: if Wi-Fi is unstable, toggle to mobile data.
Updates: install the latest BOTIM version.
Do Not Disturb: turn it off or whitelist BOTIM for the call window.
Missed call? Message in WhatsApp and we’ll immediately re-attempt.
Etiquette (so we can help you fast)
Open with your role (Nurse/Physio/Doctor), current licensing status (DHA/DOH/SCFHS/QCHP if any), and target city.
Have your passport name and email ready—we’ll follow with a short checklist after the call.
Choose a quiet space; use earphones if available.
